These properties are not just vacation rentals to us they are our family's second homes.  As part of your stay at one of our properties in Cape Coral there are a number of local services that we can recommend



Babysitting

We use a very reliable and trustworthy person to watch our own kids while staying here.  We can happily put you in contact with her to coordinate a night out  


Boat Rentals
There are a number of local companies that provide rental boats.  Both our homes have docks where you can park your rental boat behind the house during your stay.  Check out the following links



Maid Service
Although no housekeeping is provided for rental properties.  Guests staying for an extended period of time may want to obtain the services of a local cleaning service.  We can recommend some inexpensive local housekeepers who can be used periodically for long term rentals.  That way you don't have to clean on your vacation.


Real Estate
Many guests absolutely fall in love with the area after their stay and look to make it a more permanent or second home.  There is only one Realtor in all of Cape Coral that we would happily recommend upon request.
